材料(二至三人份量) Ingredients (2-3 persons)
五百克魚柳/斑腩 500g fish fillet
一罐粟米蓉(約四百克)1 can of cream style sweetcorn (400g)
一杯香米 1 cup of jasmine rice
二百毫升雞湯 600ml chicken stock
六十克粟粉 60g corn starch
一茶匙紹興酒 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
一茶匙薑汁 1tsp ginger juice
半茶匙胡椒粉 1/2tsp ground pepper
四分一茶匙糖 1/4tsp sugar
一湯匙生粉加一湯匙水 1tbsp starch in 1tbsp water
四分三茶匙鹽 3/4 tsp salt
一隻雞蛋 1 egg
