This wholesome wrap has fresh spicy fish tikkas along with cucumber and mayonnaise.FISH TIKKA WRAPIngredients250 grams rawas fish fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces4 medium tortillas½ cup hung yogurt1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste½ teaspoon garam masala powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 tablespoon lemon juiceSalt to taste1 tablespoon mustard oil1 medium onion, cut into squares and layers separated1 medium green capsicum, cut into cubesOil for greasingIceberg lettuce leaves as required½ medium cucumber, cut into juliennes1 lemon, halvedChaat masala for sprinklingMint-mayonnaise for drizzlingMethod1. Combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, chilli powder, lemon juice and salt in a bowl and mix. Add mustard oil and mix well. 2. Add fish pieces and mix. Add onion cubes and green capsicum cubes and mix well. Set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.3. Insert 1 onion cube, 1 capsicum cube, 1 fish piece and repeat till all ingredients are used. 4. Preheat an electric griller and grease with some oil. Place the prepared skewers and grill from all sides till golden.5. Warm tortillas from both sides on a non-stick pan. Transfer on the worktop.6. Place few lettuce leaves, cucumber juliennes and grilled fish in the center of each tortilla. Squeeze lemon juice on top and sprinkle some chaat masala on top.7. Fill a squeezy bottle with mint-mayonnaise and drizzle on top of prepared tortillas. Roll the prepared tortillas, wrap the 2 opposite ends with aluminium foil and halve.8.
