Fish Teriyaki and Stir - moist and juicy fish and rice noodles make an amazing treat during lunch or dinner.FISH TERIYAKI AND STIR-FRY NOODLESIngredients2 fish fillets, cut into 2 inch pieces2 cups boiled noodles2 teaspoons + 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 inch ginger, chopped 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons soy sauceSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to taste ½ tsp honey3-4 tablespoons oil1 teaspoon chopped fresh red chillies1 medium onion, sliced ½ medium carrot, cut into thin strips1 tbsp sesame oil2 tablespoons chopped spring onion greens + for garnishingSalt to taste Chopped peanuts for toppingMethod1. Take fish pieces on a plate. Add 2 teaspoons garlic, half of ginger, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix. Add honey and mix well. 2. Heat 2-3 tablespoons oil in a non-stick pan. Place the marinated fish pieces and sear from each sides for 2-3 minutes.3. To prepare stir-fry noodles, heat remaining oil in another non-stick wok. Add remaining garlic, remaining ginger and red chillies and sauté. 4. Add onion and sauté. Add carrot strips and toss. Add noodles and toss. Add remaining soy sauce and sesame seed oil and spring onion greens, toss and cook for 1 minute. Add salt and mix well. 5. Place stir-fry noodles in the center of a serving platter and seared fish pieces on top.
