How to apply masala on fish
Ingredients
Fish (1/2 kg)
Oil 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder (1/2 tsp)
Turmeric powder (1/4 tsp)
Cumin powder (1 tsp)
Coriander powder (1 tsp)
Food colour( a pinch)
Oil(for deep frying)

Method
Mix all the spices in oil make paste
Apply paste on fish
Marinade for 5 hours
