Fish Cutlets Recipe | Fish Cutlets Restaurant Style Recipe | Fish Recipe | Scroll Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 TBSP oil
• 4-5 whole black pepper
• 1 Dry red chilli
• ½ Cup onion paste
• 2 TSP ginger garlic paste
• salt to taste
• 1 TSP red chilli powder
• 1 cup boiled and fish ( Katla)
• ½ TSP sugar
• Chopped green chilli
• 1 TSP garam masala
• 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Coriander leaves
• 1 TSP garlic powder
• 2 TSP rose water
• Roasted coriander, cumin and fennel seeds powder

Process:
Step1 :
• Heat the pan and add 2 TBSP oil
• Add 4-5 whole black pepper
• Add dry red chilli
• Add ½ Cup onion paste
• Add 2 TSP ginger garlic paste
• Add salt to taste
• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Add 1 cup boiled fish (Katla)
• Mix it nicely
• Add ½ TSP sugar
• Add chopped green chilli
• Add 1 TSP garam masala
• Add 1 TSP red chilli powder
• Add coriander leaves
• Add 1 TSP garlic powder
• Add 2 TSP rose water
• Add roasted coriander, cumin and fennel seeds powder
• Mix it nicely
• Keep it cool
Step 2:
• Mash the fish mixer properly
• Give a shape of cutlet
• Take the cutlet and first dip into beaten egg
• Then Dip in cornflour water
• Coat it nicely in bread crumb
• If you want double coat the repeat the same process
Step 3:
• Heat the oil for deep fry
• Fry the cutlet one by one
• Serve hot

Note: you can store for 2-3 days
