Ingredients

200 gm Katla Fish
1 Medium Sized potato
1 Small Onion, Chopped
Garlic Chopped
Ginger Chopped
2 Green Chillies Chopped
Salt As Per Taste
Coriander Leaves
Few Drops of Mustard Oil

Tip:
While using potato as a binding agent instead of eggs, make sure not to stir too often. It is best to let one side brown before flipping over the other.
