Ingredients for dough:
Flour 2 cups
Yeast 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water as required
Ingredients for topping:
K&N’s Toppingz ‘n Fillingz (Tikka) 650g
Fettuccine pasta (boiled)
Pizza sauce as required
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Onion (cubes) 1/4 cup
Green capsicum (cubes) 1/4 cup
Black olives (sliced) 2 tbsp
Corns (boiled) 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes for sprinkle
Oregano (dried) for sprinkle
Directions:
1. In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil and mix it well. Gradually add water and knead a soft tacky dough. Cover it with cling and let it proof for 25 to 30 minutes or until double in size.
2. Prepare K&N's Tikka Toppingz 'n Fillingz as per instructions on the pack. Set aside.
3. Take dough and divide it into 2 equal parts. Roll out each part into a circle shape.
4. Grease a pizza pan with oil, place dough on it and bake in a preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes until its 70% cooked. Take it out and let it cool a bit.
5. Spread pizza sauce on baked dough evenly and then cover it completely with prepared K&N's Tikka Toppingz 'n Fillingz. Sprinkle onion, capsicum, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese on top. Further top it with olives and corns.
6. Take boiled fettucine pasta strips and place them on top of your pizza making a criss cross design. Lastly top it with some more cheese and sprinkle red chili flakes and oregano on top.
7. Your pizza is ready to bake. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
8. Take it out cut in slices and enjoy delicious fettucine pasta pizza.
