Fatafat Ajwaini Bhindi (Cooking time: 10 minutes) | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Ingredients:
250 gms Bhindi (Okra/Ladies finger)
1 Tomato (Chopped)
1/2 tsp Ajwain (Carrom seeds)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
3 tsp oil
Salt to taste

Method: Heat oil and put ajwain, red chilli powder and salt. Saute the bhindi and cover it with a lid. Next add chopped tomato, cover and cook till it is done. The dish will be ready in about 10 minutes time.
