Chicken Tempura with White Pepper Gravy

Ingredients for White Pepper Gravy:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tbsp
Water 2 cups
K&Ns Stok (1 cube)
Slurry (corn flour 2 tbsp + water 1/2 cup)
K&Ns Chicken Tempura 660 g
Green capsicum (cubes) 1 cup
Red capsicum (cubes) 1 cup
Onion (cubes) 1 cup

Ingredients for Garlic Fried Rice:
Oil 3 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 3 tbsp
Boiled rice 3 cups
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green onion (chopped) as required


Directions for White Pepper Gravy Preparation:
1. In a wok heat oil and garlic. Saut for a minute. Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, salt, white pepper powder and mix it well.
2. Add water and K&Ns Stok. Cook until K&Ns Stok dissolves.
3. Now add slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
4. Fry K&Ns Chicken Tempura as per instructions on the pack.
5. Add K&Ns Chicken Tempura, green capsicum, red capsicum, onion and cook for 3-4 mins. Your White Pepper Gravy is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Garlic Fried Rice Preparation:
6. In a wok heat oil and add garlic. Saut for a minute.
7. Add boiled rice, black pepper powder, salt and cook for 1-2 mins.
8. Sprinkle green onion and toss it well. Your Garlic Fried Rice is ready. Serve it with White Pepper Gravy and enjoy.

Cooking time: 30-35 mins
