This one is a must try !FARALI CHAATIngredientsFarali chivda as required500 grams purple yam, peeled, boiled and cut into cubes1 tablespoon ghee1 teaspoon cumin seeds1-2 green chillies, finely chopped2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leavesRock salt to taste1 teaspoon red chilli powder + for sprinklingGreen chutney as requiredSweet chutney as requiredChopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishingMethod1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté for 30 seconds. Add green chillies and sauté for 30 seconds. 2. Add yam, chopped coriander, rock salt and chilli powder, mix and cook for 5 minutes.3. Put cooked mixture in a serving bowl. Squeeze out some green chutney, sweet chutney on top.4. Sprinkle some chilli powder and put some farali chivda on top.5.
