Falafal Sandwich By Asha Khatau | India Food Network

A delicious Mediterranean sandwich for perfect evening snack. This recipe can be made with chickpeas or split green grams. Its interesting and super easy definitely a MUST TRY!

Ingredients
1/2 cup of split green grams (soaked for 4 hrs)
2-3 green chillies
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1 medium onion finely chopped
Salt
1 tbsp Zatter mix (Thyme based spice mix available in Mediterranean regions)

For the Sandwich
Ingredients
2 Falafel Bullets per sandwich
Half a Pit bread
Chilly Tomato sauce
Tahena Sauce
Salad made with cabbage, tomato and spring onion
