Ingredients:
K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz as required
Bread slices 5-6
Potatoes (boiled) 2
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tsp
Green capsicum (finely chopped) 1/4 cup
Corns (boiled & mashed) 1/4 cup
Egg yolk 1
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander fresh (chopped) 3 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
Bread crumbs as required
Eggs (beaten) 2
Oil for frying
Directions:
Take bread slices, cut off the edges and make small pieces roughly. Then add them in a chopper and chop until fine crumbs are formed.
In a bowl add boiled potatoes and mash them well. Add crumbed bread, green chilies, capsicum, corn, egg yolk, garlic paste, coriander, red chili flakes, black pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, mozzarella cheese and mix until all these ingredients are well combined.
Prepare K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz as per the instructions on the pack. Set aside.
Take bread mixture and tap it in hands to flatten it a bit. Add prepared K&N’s Fajita Toppingz 'n Fillingz chunks in center and close it by giving it a ball shape.
Roll these prepared fajita bread ball in eggs, then in bread crumbs and deep fry on medium low flame until light golden brown.
Serve delicious fajita bread balls with ketchup and enjoy.
