This simple delicious wrap is ideal when you are on a time crunch and craving a good wholesome meal. EVERYDAY CHICKEN WRAPIngredients450 grams boneless chicken, cut into thin strips4 large whole wheat (atta) rotis 1 tablespoon oil Juice of ½ lemon1 tablespoon chopped garlic¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder½ teaspoon chaat masala ½ teaspoon cumin power (jeera)Salt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns to tasteDressing 1 cup hung yogurt½ tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves1 teaspoon chopped green chilli½ tablespoon chopped fresh parsley1 small onion, finely choppedSalt to tasteMethod1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. 2. Put chicken strips in a bowl. Add lemon juice, garlic, cardamom powder, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. 3. Add the marinated chicken strips to hot oil and cook for 2-3 minutes or till done. Transfer in another bowl.4. To prepare dressing, mix together hung yogurt, mint leaves, green chilli, parsley, onion and salt in a bowl.5. Warm the rotis in the same non-stick pan and transfer on the worktop.6. Spread some dressing in the center of each roti, put some chicken mixture on top and wrap. 7. Halve and serve immediately.
