240g Self Raising Flour (this is the correct amount, not what I say in the video )
18 tsp Bicarb
34 tsp Sea Salt
200g Caster Sugar
110g Vegetable Oil
145g Milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
Rainbow Food Colours

BUTTERCREAM
285g Soft Butter
14 tsp Sea Salt
450g Icing Sugar
12 tsp Vanilla
1.5 to 2 tbsp Milk Rainbow Food Colours
