Keema Stuffed Potato Rolls

Ingredients:
Oil 1/4 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Beef mince 500 g
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 3-4
Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1/2 kg
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese (shredded) 1 cup
Beaten eggs (for coating) as required
Bread crumbs (for coating) as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions:
1. In a pan heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a few seconds. Add onion and cook for 1-2 mins.
2. Add beef mince and cook until mince changes color.
3. Add tomato paste and cook for 1-2 mins. Now add red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, chili sauce, soy sauce and cook for 2-3 mins.
4. And green chilies and cook for 10 mins or until mince is fully done. Set aside.
5. In a bowl add boiled and mashed potatoes, corn flour and mix them well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a preheated pan and cook for a few seconds over low flame to dry out the moisture.
7. Now add cheddar cheese and mix until cheese melts.
8. Now take a hand full of potato mixture and flatten it on the hands. Put the prepared keema mixture on it and wrap the potato mixture around it making the oval shape.
9. Now dip the prepared rolls in eggs and then coat in bread crumbs.
10. Deep fry them until golden brown and crispy.
11. Your Keema Stuffed Potato Rolls are ready. Serve and enjoy.
