剩下芋头可以做凉粉
绿豆淀粉 1/3杯 (80ml /60克)Mung Bean Starch 1/3 cup (80ml / 60g)
大芋头 100克Large taro 100g
水 500毫升 Water 500 ml
辣椒粉1小匙 Chili powder 1 tsp
蒜末 1/2小匙Minced garlic 1/2 tsp
葱白 1大匙Shallot 1 tbsp
姜末 1/2小匙Ginger1/2 tsp
热油 3大匙Hot oil 3 tbsp
酱油 1大匙Soy sauce 1 tbsp
陈醋 1小匙Chinese balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
盐1/4小匙Salt 1/4 tsp
糖1/4小匙Sugar 1/4 tsp
