材料/Ingredients:
二百克芋頭,切丁粒 200g Taro, diced
二十五克蝦乾或蝦米,浸腍去腸 25g dried shrimp, rehydrated and deveined
一百五十克梅頭豬肉,切丁粒 150g diced pork
三隻冬菇,切粒 3 shiitake mushroom, diced
一粒干貝,拆絲 1conpoy, shredded
潮州炸花生 Fried peanuts
二十克甜菜脯,切幼粒 20g preserved sweet radish, diced
三個紅蔥頭,切片 3 shallots, sliced
三瓣蒜頭,切碎 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
半茶匙幼鹽 1/2tsp salt
半茶匙砂糖 1/2tsp sugar
適量生抽(隨意)Soy sauce (optional)
二百二十毫升浸泡冬菇和干貝的水 220ml water
適量芹菜和芫茜蔥 Chinese celery, coriander, scallions
胡椒粉 Ground pepper powder
二百克粘米 200g jasmine rice

豬肉醃料Marinade for pork:
兩茶匙生抽 2tsp soy sauce
半茶匙砂糖 1/2tsp sugar
胡椒粉 Ground pepper
六分一茶匙五香粉 1/6tsp five spice powder
半茶匙生粉1/2tsp starch
一茶匙麻油1tsp sesame oil
一茶匙生油1tsp soy sauce
