[email protected]-------------------------------------------------------------- INGREDIENTS -----------------------------------------------------------------------------*the corn on the cob should be preferably white corn with their husksELOTE PREPARADO (Mexican Elote/ Mexican Street Corn)-1 corn on the cob, boiled or grilled-2 tsps of mayo-1/3 cup of cotija cheese-1-2 tsps of chile piquín-1 tsp of lime juice “ELOTE LOCO” CATRACHO (Honduran Crazy Corn)-1 grilled corn on the cob (to my taste, but you can always boil it!)-2 tsps of “crema centroamericana” (Central American sour cream)-1/3 cup of crumbled dry cheese (“queso seco”)-1 tsp of lime juice*spicy is optional!
