*the corn on the cob should be preferably white corn with their husks

ELOTE PREPARADO (Mexican Elote/ Mexican Street Corn)
-1 corn on the cob, boiled or grilled
-2 tsps of mayo
-1/3 cup of cotija cheese
-1-2 tsps of chile piquín
-1 tsp of lime juice

“ELOTE LOCO” CATRACHO (Honduran Crazy Corn)
-1 grilled corn on the cob (to my taste, but you can always boil it!)
-2 tsps of “crema centroamericana” (Central American sour cream)
-1/3 cup of crumbled dry cheese (“queso seco”)
-1 tsp of lime juice
*spicy is optional! But if you want, add 1 tsp of chile piquín powder

“ELOTE LOCO” SALVADOREÑO (Salvadoran Crazy Corn)
-1 boiled or grilled corn on the cob
-1 tbsp of mayo
-1.5 tsp of mustard (approx.)
-1.5 tsp of ketchup (approx.)
-1 tsp of Worcestershire (approx.)
-1/3 cup of “duro blando” cheese

------------------------------------------------------------- INGREDIENTES ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

ELOTE PREPARADO
-1 elote, hervido o asado
-2 cdas. de mayonesa (aprox.)
-⅓ de taza de queso cotija
-1-2 cditas. de chile piquín
-1 cdita. de jugo de limón

“ELOTE LOCO” CATRACHO
-1 elote asado (a mi gusto, pero también pueden hervirlo)
-2 cditas. de “crema centroamericana” / mantequilla blanca
-1/3 taza de queso seco rallado
-1 cdita. de jugo de limón
*el picante es opcional, pero si quieren añadir 1 cdita. de chile piquín en polvo

“ELOTE LOCO” SALVADOREÑO
-1 elote, hervido o asado
-2 cdas. de mayonesa (aprox.)
-1.5 cdita. de mostaza (aprox.)
-1.5 cdita. de ketchup/catsup (aprox.)
-1 cdita. de salsa inglesa o salsa Worcestershire (approx.)
-1/3 taza de queso duro blando
