Ingredients :
Suran:150gm
Garlic:7-8cloves
Ginger:1 inch
Green chilli:3-4(as per taste)
Onion:1(medium)
Hing:pinch of
Dry red chilli:2
Bay leaves:1
Black cardamom:1
Cinnamon stick
Black pepper corn:3-4
Cloves:2-3
Red chilli powder:1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder:1/2 tsp
Coriander powder:1 tsp
Garam masala:1/2 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Oil:3 tbsp
