Ehomaki with ONI Patterns
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
A
2 eggs
1 teaspoon sake
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

Nori (dried seaweed), as needed
250g sushi rice

B
1/4 cucumber
50g salmon sashimi
50g tuna sashimi
2 crab sticks
2 perilla leaves
Kanpyo, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of ingredients A in a bowl and filter to make it smooth.

2. Pour (1) into a pan to make Usuyaki-tamago. Place nori (cut into small pieces) on it.

3. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat. Put some sushi rice on the nori. Place all of ingredients B on the rice and roll them together.

4. Wrap (3) with the Usuyaki-tamago (2).

5. Enjoy!
