Drizzle with steak sauce and serve immediately.Enjoy!Spicy Eggs Benedict1 cheddar cheese biscuit (jalapeño cornbread would work well too.)2 slices strip bacon, cooked¼ cup pickled jalapenos2 poached eggs2 tbsp Hollandaise saucedash of hot sauceCut the biscuit in half.Place each biscuit, cut-side-up, on a plate.Top each half with a strip of bacon, some pickled jalapeños and a poached egg.In a small bowl, mix the Hollandaise sauce with a splash of hot sauce.Smother the eggs in the Hollandaise mixture.Serve immediately.Enjoy!Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict1 French croissant2 tbsp whipped cream cheese with chives3-4 slices smoked salmon2 poached eggs2 tbsp Hollandaise saucechopped fresh dillCut croissant in half.
