3 tbsp parmesan
2 whole eggs
10-12 Basil leaves
3-4 tbsp bur rata cheese
1/2 cup pine nuts
salt & pepper to taste

Balsamic Glaze:
2 cups balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
