EGGLESS VANILLA CUPCAKES RECIPE- SOFTEST FLUFFIEST EGGLESS CUPCAKES EVER | Best Bites


This Recipe makes 15 cupcakes
Ingredients:

For cupcakes :-

100 grams curd
100 grams milk
1&1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
200 grams all purpose flour
200 grams caster sugar
80 grams salted butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For frosting :-

Whipping cream - 1 cup
Vanilla extract- 1/2 TSP
Food colour (optional)

Before you begin making your cupcakes, preheat the oven to 160 Celsius or 325 Fahrenheit
Bake at 160 C / 325 F for 25 minutes or until a skewer or a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Let the cupcakes cool down to room temperature before frosting them.
