Ingredients:

Fruits
400grams summer fruit mix (I used cherries, apricots, plums & strawberries), cut in small pieces
1 tablespoon flour (10 grams)

For the Crumb Topping:

3 tablespoon sugar (45grams)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (30grams)
1 ½ tbsp vegetable oil (20grams)

For the Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour (250grams)
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup vegetable oil(110grams)
3/4 cup sugar (150grams)
1 cup Greek yogurt (240grams)
1/2 cup buttermilk (120ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vinegar
