Eggless Mango Mousse | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A purely vegetarian mousse recipe with the goodness of mangoes.

EGGLESS MANGO MOUSSE

Ingredients

1 cup chopped white chocolate
½ cup fresh cream
¾ cup fresh mango pulp + for garnish
1 cup whipped cream
Mint sprigs for garnish

Method

1. Boil sufficient water in a deep non-stick pan, place a bowl over it, add 1 cup chopped white chocolate and melt. Mixing occasionally.
2. Add fresh cream, mix well and set aside to cool down. Add fresh mango pulp whipped cream and mix well.
3. Fill the prepared mango mixture in a piping bag fitted with star nozzle. Pipe in a serving glass.
4. Garnish with fresh mango pulp and mint sprigs.
