1/2 cup caster sugar (100 grams)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large egg yolk

For Glaze:

90 grams dark chocolate chopped

2 tablespoons butter (28 grams)

1/3 cup toasted walnuts, (coarsely chopped)
