Did you know making chocolate mousse requires only 2-3 ingredients! Creamy chocolate Mouse made without eggs is fluffy, light and delightful dessert which you must try.

EGGLESS CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

Ingredients

1 cup chopped dark chocolate
½ cup whipping cream
1 cup fresh cream
Dark chocolate chips for garnish

Method

1. Take the whipping cream in a large bowl; whisk it using an electric beater till it reaches soft peaks.
2. To make the ganache, heat fresh cream in a non-stick pan for a few minutes. Switch the heat off and add the dark chocolate and mix till the chocolate melts completely. Transfer this mixture into a large bowl. Allow to cool completely.
3. Put the whipped cream in the cooled ganache and fold in gently till well combined. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.
4. Pipe out the chocolate mousse into individual serving glasses. Refrigerate these for 25-30 minutes.
5. Garnish with dark chocolate chips.
