INGREDIENTS:

2.5 cups all purpose flour/maida (350 gms)
2 cups sugar (powdered)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1.5 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 cups hot water (250 ml)
3/4 cup oil/melted butter (180 ml)
1.5 tbsp plain/apple cider vinegar
2 tsp vanilla extract

GANACHE:
1/2 cup or 100 gms chopped chocolate (sweet/semi sweet)
3 tbsp cream/heavy cream/fresh cream
2 tsp butter
some chocochips to garnish
