Milk - 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
powdered sugar- 1/2 cup + 2tbsp
Oil - 1/4 cup
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
vinegar - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

For frosting :-
whipping cream - 3/4 cup
caramel sauce - 2-3 tbsp
