The cheesecake originated from Spain. It is a crustless cheesecake that is cooked at very high heat. This results in its rustic appearance with cracked edges and an almost burnt surface. This unique looking cheesecake has become very popular recently. The cheesecake is creamy and light with a caramelized surface. It is also much easier to make than traditional cheesecake and hard to mess up.

INGREDIENTS :-

Home made Cream Cheese - 270 g
Caster Sugar - 50 g or 1/4 cup
Condensed Milk - 100 g or 1/3 cup
Whipping Cream - 115 g or 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 1&1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
