Egg Tarka is a very popular in roadside Dhaba. There are varieties of Tarka Dal we can get . Tarka Dal is prepared with whole green Moong dal & split Bengal gram. It can be made with egg, chicken, or mutton. You can make it vegetarian too without egg or meat. This dish is best suited with roti or parathas.

Ingredients of Dhaba Style Egg Tadka
- Whole Green Mung Dal -100 gm
- Chana dal 50 gm
- Onion -1 medium size
- Ginger paste -1/2 tablespoon
- Garlic paste -1/2 tablespoon
- Tomatoes -1 medium size
- Turmeric Powder -1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin Powder -1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder -1/2 teaspoon
- Green Chili -2 chopped
- Kasoori Methi -1 tablespoons
- Salt as per taste
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
- Egg - 2 no
- Butter - 1 cube
- Garam mashala poweder
