Egg Rolls - Tamagoyaki - Tasty egg rolls recipe@Cooking with Asifa
Egg Roll is a Tamagoyaki (Japanese Omelette), served as breakfast in Japan.
It is made by Rolling several layers of cooked eggs. Egg Roll is served around the world.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
Salt(as per required)
Black pepper 1/3 tsp
Crushed carrot 1 tbsp
Green onion chopped 1 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 1+1/2 tsp
Capsicum chopped 1 tbsp
Milk 1 tbsp
PROCEDURE:
In a large bowl break 2 eggs add milk and then beat it well,after add salt,black pepper,capsicum,green onion, carrot & fresh coriander leaves, again beat it well.
Put a pan on a flame .
TIP: u will need a non-stick pan which will make it easier to cook and the frying pan should be smaller then 10-inches.
Lightly grease a frying pan with cooking oil,heat the frying pan,then pour in 1/2 egg mixture and over low heat cook it over until half done.
Roll the omelet half way from the right to the middle,and move the egg roll to the right edge of the pan,if there is not enough oil,lightly grease the pan each time,when you roll up,and then add in rest egg mixture to cover the left half of the pan cook it until done and finally roll all the way up.
Transfer it into plate or cutting board,when an egg roll is hot,it's easily get broken,so let it get cool before cutting,slice into bite-size pieces.
