Ingredients for Paratha:
All-purpose flour 3 ½ cups
Salt 1 ¼ tsp
Oil 4 tbsp.
Water as required
Ghee as required
All-purpose flour (to dust) as required

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken (Strips) 600 g
Oil 3 tbsp.
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Green chilies (paste) 1 tbsp.
White pepper powder 1 tbsp.
Vinegar 1 ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Onion (sliced) 1 cup
Oil (for cooking) 1 tbsp.

Ingredients for Sauce Preparation:
Yogurt 4 tbsp.
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Salt 1 pinch
Green chili paste 1 tbsp.
Green Coriander paste 1 tbsp.

Ingredients for Egg Mixture:
Eggs 10
Green onion (Chopped) 2 tbsp.
Milk 1/2 cup
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp.
Salt 1 ½ tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Egg Mixture as required
Prepared paratha
Sauce as required
Prepared chicken as required
Red chili flakes as required
Green onion (chopped) as required

Directions for Paratha Preparation:
1. In a bowl add flour, salt and mix well. Add oil and water and knead a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes
2. Take the prepared dough and divide it into 6 parts.
3. Take one part, make dough ball and roll out in flat circle. Spread ghee on it and dust flour.
4. Wrap the prepared dough into thin strip shape. Start rolling from end and make spiral shape.
5. Roll out the dough again in flat circle. Place it on preheated pan. Spread ghee on each side and cook until paratha is golden brown and fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Chicken Preparation:
6. In a bowl yogurt, oil, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, white pepper, vinegar, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, gram masala powder, chicken and mix well. Marinate for 25-30 minutes.
7. On a pan heat oil and add marinated chicken. Cook until it changes color and releases water.
8. Now add onion, cover and cook until chicken is fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Sauce Preparation:
9. In a bowl add mayonnaise, yogurt, white pepper, salt, green chili paste and mix well. Your sauce is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Egg Mixture Preparation:
10. In a bowl add eggs, milk, green onion, red chili flakes, white pepper, and salt and mix well.
Directions for Assembling:
11. Take prepared paratha, spread sauce on it and place cooked chicken in center vertically.
12. Roll the paratha in roll shape.
13. Spread the egg mixture on preheated pan, let it cook until half done.
14. Place prepared paratha roll on it roll it in egg making a roll shape.
15. Your Egg Paratha Roll is ready, sprinkle red chili flakes and green onion on top and serve.

Cooking time: 35-40 mins
