Egg Roast
Ingredients:-

Egg Boiled - 4
Onion- 2 sliced
Tomatoes- 2 sliced
Oil - 2 tb spn
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chillies- 2
Curry leaves- 1
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Green chillies- 4 slit
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Tamarind juice - 1 cup
Jaggery- pinch
Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
Salt - To Taste
Water - As Required

Kappa Recipe:

Tapioca- 250g
Coconut oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Ginger- 1 tsp
Green chillies- 2 tsp
Turmeric- Pinch
Grated coconut- 2 tb spn
Salt - To Taste
