Serves - 4 to 5 people

Ingredients:
1. Eggs - 5 or 6
2. Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
3. Whole green chillies - 2
4. Onion - 2, big sized
5. Tomato - 1
6. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
7. Mint leaves - 2 tbsp
8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
9. Kuzhambu chilli powder - 1.5 tsp (Or use 1/2 tsp pure chilli powder + 1 tsp Coriander / daniya powder).
10. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
11. Black pepper powder - 2 tsp + for garnish
12. Coriander - to garnish
13. Water - as required
14. Salt - to taste
15. Sesame oil - 5 to 6 tbsp
