Ingredients:
3/4 cup leftover cooked short pasta
1 egg
2 teaspoons Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoon grated cheese
1 tablespoon grated carrot
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
1/2 teaspoon soya sauce
2 teaspoons oil

Method
Step 1 Crack egg in a small bowl. Add ketchup, cheese, coriander, soy sauce and whisk well. Ketchup helps add flavour to pasta while masking the eggy flavour, making it more appealing for kids.
Step 2 Add cooked pasta into this and toss well.
Step 3 Heat a non-stick pan. Pour 1 teaspoon of oil into the pan and coat the surface.
Step 4 Pour 1-2 tablespoon of pasta-egg mix to make small pancakes.
Step 5 Drizzle some oil around the edges, turn over and cook other side similarly.
Step 6 Pack in keep-hot lunch boxes.
