Egg Pakora 2 ways

Ingredients for gram flour mixture:
Gram flour 1 cup
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Onion paste 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
Green coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
Dried thyme 1 tsp
Water as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Mint Chutney:
Mint leaves 1 cup
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Garlic clove 1
Onion (sliced) 1/4 cup
Green chilies 2
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste

Ingredients for Egg Mixture:
Boiled eggs 6
Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tbsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Curry leaves (chopped) 6
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Assembling:
Egg mixture
Gram flour mixture
Boiled eggs 4
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Gram Flour Mixture:
1. In a bowl add gram flour, all-purpose flour, onion paste, ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, green coriander, dried thyme, water and mix well to form thick runny paste.
Directions for Mint Chutney Preparation:
2. In a blender add mint leaves, yogurt, garlic, green chilies, salt, chaat masala, onion and blend well. your mint chutney is ready.
Directions for Mashed Egg Preparation:
3. In a bowl add eggs chop them well.
4. Now add bread crumbs, green chilies, ginger, onion, curry leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, oregano, capsicum, red chili flakes, salt and mix well. set aside.
Directions for Egg Pakora Preparation:
5. Take the prepared egg mixture and make small cube shapes from it.
6. Now dip these in gram flour mixture and fry them until golden brown in color over medium flame. Set aside.
7. Now take 4 boiled eggs and cut them in quarter slices. Dip them in gram flour mixture.
8. Deep fry them until golden brown in color. Your Egg Pakora 2 ways is ready.
