Perfect Pakodas for a rainy evening to go with some chai, egg pakodas with eggs, onions and green chillies are deep-fried till crispy and fluffy.EGG PAKODA Ingredients2 eggs½ cup gram flour1 green chilli, chopped1 medium onion, choppedA pinch of chaat masalaSalt to tasteA pinch of baking soda1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander1 tsp red chilli powder Tomato ketchup to serveMethod1. Break the eggs in a bowl and add gram flour. Add little water and mix well. Make a thick batter.2. Add green chilli, onion, chaat masala, salt, baking soda, coriander and red chilli powder. Mix well.3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Add a ladle of mixture and deep fry on high heat till golden brown. Remove and drain on an absorbent paper.4. Serve with tomato ketchup.
