Egg Ghee Roast is one of the most tastiest of all egg recipes. You can make this yummy egg recipe very easily at home and have it with virtually anything…rice, rotis, idli, dosas…recently we had it even with puttu…it was too good. So without wasting time let's head right into the kitchen and start making this mouth watering egg ghee roast.

Ingredients in the order of instructions:
2 tsp Dhaniya/Coriander seeds
1/2 tsp Black Pepper/Kali Mirch
1 tsp Cumin/Jeera
1 tsp Fennel/Saunf
1/2 tsp Methi/Fenugreek seeds
2 Cloves/Laung
1 Dalchini/Cinnamon stick
10 Dry Red Chillies
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Tamarind/Imli
Water
2&1/2 tsp Ghee
1 Onion
2 tbsp Dahi/Curd
Salt to taste
1 tsp Gud/Jaggery
Few Curry Leaves/Kadi Patta
6 boiled Eggs
A little Water
