Let us see, how to make this simple egg fried rice.Ingredients:Servings 2Cooking rice:Rice 1/2 CupWater 6 CupsSalt 1 1/2 TspOil 2 TspCooking eggs:Egg 3Salt (As needed)Pepper powder 1 TspOil 1 TspStir frying:Oil 2 TbspGarlic 5 Cloves (Finely chopped)Green chilli 1 (Finely chopped)Spring onion (White part) 2 Tbsp (Chopped)Carrot 1/4 Cup (Chopped)Beans 1/4 Cup (Chopped)Cabbage 1/4 Cup (Chopped)Soy sauce 1 TspChilli sauce 1 TspLemon juice (From 1/2 lemon)Salt Spring onion (Chopped)*Boil 6 cups of water and add 1/2 cups of rice (Soaked in water for 10-15 minutes).*Cook for 5-8 minutes. Rice should remain nutty. If the rice is 80% cooked, remove from heat and drain the water completely. leave it to cool down.*Cook 3 eggs in oil with salt and pepper and keep aside*Heat kadai and add oil.
