Egg drop soup is a Chinese soup of wispy beaten eggs in boiled chicken broth. Condiments such as black pepper or white pepper, and finely chopped scallions and tofu are also commonly added.

Ingredients:
CHICKEN 50 GRAM
DICED RIPE TOMATOES 2 CUPS
CLIANTRO LEAVES ½ CUP
CORN STARCH 2 TBS[
SOYA SAUCE 1 TBSP
TOMATO SAUCE/KETCHUP 2 TBSP
EGG SALT TO TASTE
GREEN CHILLIES 2
2 SLICED

METHOD:

First cut chicken into small pieces add pinch of salt add corn starch, and add some egg white and mix it. Drop the chicken pieces into boiling stock. let it
Simmer 5 to 7 minutes till the chicken floats on top add some salt, tomatoes, red chilly sauce, and tomato ketchup and Soya sauce, if you like thicker add some corn starch in this take eggs and beat them and pour it into the soup add chopped coriander, server it.
