For batter:
All-purpose flour (maida): 1 cup
Rice flour: ½ cup
Urad dall paste: 2 tbsp
Backing soda: ½ tsp
Salt: pinch of
Honey : ½ tsp (optional)
For stuffing :
Egg: 1
Red chilli powder:1/4th tsp
Black pepper powder: 1/4th tsp
Salt : as per taste
Onion(sliced)
Tomato(sliced)
Green chilli(finely chopped)
Fresh coriander leaves
Oil
