Egg Curry Apart from the daily routine kind of recipes, this is a delightful, simple and appetizing egg curry. Try out this style, it’s gonna be a super delicious one with rice and roti as well.Preparation : Heat a pan with 1 ½ Tbsp of oil. Add 3 chopped onions, fry till transparent. Add 1 tsp salt. Add 2 chopped green chilies. Add ½ tsp of Ginger and Garlic paste, cook for a min. Add ½ tsp Turmeric powder. Add 1 ½ tsp chili powder. Add 1 tsp coriander powder. Add ½ tsp cumin powder. Add ½ cup spring onions (optional) Mix well. Add ½ cup water. Add 4 eggs as shown in the video. Place a lid, cook on low flame for 5 – 6 min. Cook till the water subsides. Cook for 2 more min. Before you put off the stove, add a pinch of garam masala. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice / roti. Super delicious egg curry.
