Ingredients:
1 cup coriander leaves
1 inch chopped ginger
3 pods of garlic
1/2 cup freshly desiccated coconut
3 chilies
pinch of turmeric
1 tsp of chilli powder
1/4 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
water
juice of half a lemon
oil for shallow frying
3 boiled eggs
2 egg whites

Method:
- In a blender add coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, desiccated coconut, chillies, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, cumin seeds, salt and little bit of water.
- Pour the paste in a bowl and add the juice of half a lemon.
- Heat up some oil in a pan for shallow frying.
- Cut the boiled eggs into half and coat the eggs in the masala. Leave it aside for 5 minutes.
- Break two eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolk.
- Dip the masala coated egg into the egg white and place it in the pan and fry.
- Allow it to fry until its golden brown.
- Egg Chutney Kebab is ready to be served.
