Ingredients:
Eggs:4
Rice:1 cup
Water: 1 ½ cup
Curd:4 tbsp
Turmeric powder: ½ tdp
Red chilli powder:1 tsp
Biryani masala; 1 tbsp
Onions:5(total)
Tomato:1, medium
Green chilli:2
Salt: as per taste
Bay leaf:1
Cardamom:1
Cloves:3-4
Mace:1
Star anise:1
Cumin seeds:1 tsp
Oil2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Ghee:1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste: 1tbsp
