Easy Yummy Cod Fish in Hong Kong Sauce Recipe

When I was younger, I loved my mom's steam cod fish You know moms. Once you tell her you like one of her dishes, she will make it all the time because she loves us so much so that I got scared of cod fish. I only started to eat cod fish again when Roland cooked it in this style. Imagine crispy cod fish skin, smooth cod fish flesh and yummy gravy. This dish is awesome.

Ingredients
Serves 8

3 big pieces of cod fish
2 tablespoons dark soya sauce
2 tablespoons Shaoxing cooking wine
2 cups water
3.5 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar (wrongly introduced as salt in the beginning of the video)
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
1 - 2 cloves of garlic
1 thumb size ginger
0.5 teaspoon of salt
