This weeks burger recipe is made of store cupboard / pantry staples! Every ingredient is non perishable and could be found in a bomb shelter. We named this the easy veggie burger for a reason, your food processor does all the work, but if you don't have one, a potato masher and some elbow grease will make just as good a burger. These freeze amazingly and are perfect to have in the freezer to help you avoid some of the gnarly plant meat alternatives out there.
