INGREDIENTS:

PANCAKE MIX-

-BLEND 3 CUPS OF OATS.
-BLEND 2.5 CUPS OF COCONUT MILK
WITH 1 POMEGRANATE.
-MIX THE OAT FLOUR WITH THE (PINK) COCONUT MILK AND 1/2 BANANA.
-FOOD COLORING (OPTIONAL).

*COOK PANCAKES FOR 2-3 MINS ON EACH SIDE.


PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE:

-1/2 CUP OF COCONUT MILK
-2 PITTED DATES
-2 SPOONS OF PEANUT BUTTER.


TOPPINGS:

-BLUEBERRIES
-BANANAS
-CRUSHED NUTS
