Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok.2. Add cumin and mustard seeds and give them about 30 secs.3. Add onions, ginger -garlic paste and other spices (except garam masala). Cook for 3-4 mins.4. Scramble Tofu (break in small pieces) and add in the wok. Mix well and let cook for 2 mins so that it soaks in all the spices.5. Add in 1/2 cup peas and cook until almost done. 6. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 2 mins and add garam masala. Mix well and serve your dish hot with Roti or paratha.
