EASY & TASTY RICE & GREEN MOONG DOSA#आसान और स्वादिष्ट चावल और मूंग डोसा#BREAKFAST RECIPES.


INGREDIENTS:-
* 1/2 CUP RICE
* 1 CUP WHOLE GREEN MOONG (MUNG BEANS)
* 1 TBL SPN SALT
* OIL/BUTTER/GHEE (CLARIFIED BUTTER)

METHOD:-
* SOAK RICE AND MOONG SEPARATELY FOR OVERNIGHT.
* NEXT MORNING BLEND BOTH AND MIX WELL IN A BOWL AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 2 HRS.
* AFTER 2 HRS WHISK WELL AND ADD SALT.
* TAKE A PAN BRUSH LITTLE OIL OR GHEE AND POUR OVER THE PAN.
* APPLY OIL ON THE SIDES AND LET IT COOK FOR 4 TO 5 MIN'S.
* AFTER 5 MIN'S BRUSH LITTLE OIL OR GHEE ON TOP AND FLIP OVER TO * * COOK ON THE OTHER SIDE FOR ANOTHER 4 TO 5 MINS.
* ONCE DONE SERVE HOT WITH ANY CHUTNEY OF YOUR CHOICE OR KETCHUP OT PLAIN WITH MORNING OR EVENING TEA.

** IF ANYONE WANT CAN ADD GREEN CHILE PASTE FOR SPICE.

** CAN ADD FINLY CUT VEGETABLE OF YOUR CHOICE AS WELL.
